I read somewhere in Cleo ( forgot which issue) and they said that girls should not carry shoulder bags when they wear tube tops or any tops that show off their shoulders cos the bags make their shoulders look droopy !
and WE, certainly do not want that !
However, itsss super difficult to find a clutch that will not make you look overdress when you carry it !
